I started the demo and I got a message that said:

ERROR6: Unsupported pixel shader

Nvidia has the best video cards. You should be looking for a 512 MB one. I'd suggest you the GeForce 8xxx series.

If you Mobo supports PCI-E and if you really wish nVidia Ge Force cards that cost till 100$, then i guess a 8600 or 8600GT would suit just fine, while 8800 series would be the best choice, but that`s additional $.
I play the game on 800x600 graphics maxed on a EN8500GT. So you might consider that aswell, but i don`t suggest. Could be about 50-70$

You can get also offers with higher video cards of Nvidia.

a 8600GT is perfect for DMC4 just make sure you have a good CPU speed to support it aswell. With my old 8600GT I could max out Gears of War,Dead Space and Assassins Creed and still get 50-60 FPS(probably more but I really don't care about that unless its too slow to enjoy.). But just Google some good offers, I'm sure something will come up.
