DMC3 Vergil non-textmod request

I'd love to replay a piece of nostalgia with better graphics and (IMO) gameplay (though DMC3SE Vergil gameplay is almost as good as VD's to me), but I have no knowledge on how to make non-textmod mods and Textmod gives my game disgusting lag

Basically, anyone who knows how to make high quality non-textmod mods, PLEASE replicate old Vergil's outfit (dark slacks, shirt etc.) with his trademark blue n' gold swagger.

This one (I believe) is impossible because you can't import .tfc files and edit them unless you have a licensed UE3.
Maybe a person with a lot of money .......
