DMC3:SE Vs DMC3

I was wondering which out of the two games you thought was better? I only have the SE version so I can't really comment.

Well, the only better thing that Dante Awakening has is that it is harder ->more fun for hardcore players.
Special Edition has Vergil, More Costumes, Bloody Palace, Movie Theater and Turbo mode on the PC and not-Pal edition.
I only have Dante's awakening, but I play Special Edition in my friends house.
I think that Special Edition is a bit better, but it sucks that Vergil does the exact same Missions with Dante. But you have Vergil, so I'll go with Special Edition

It was cheaper as a "sorry" to those who bought the original DMC3. They were supposed to make DMC4 for PS2 but after seeing that couldn't happen, they released SE.

I'd say SE it's basically the same game with more features.
