Hmmm...I don't see what all the fuss is about the teen Dante. I think that his new look is good. I mean sure he has black hair with white highlights. But to me it's still the same old Dante. I may have only played the 1st game but I liked the teen Dante, and I was always wondering what he looked like as a teen. I was also wondering where he grew up as well. I'm also a fan of the game series, and I have 2 graphic novels, and two novels of the series. I also have the animated series of it as well.
Oh by the way I heard of this new blog called Devil May Cry Next Generation. It's by Shadow Lee Moore. She wrote a story based on the Devil May Cry Series. She's a bit nervous about the blog, and she asked me to help her out. So if you want to go there here's the site address. www.shadowleemoore.blogspot.com Please read her story, and join. She's very down about it, and wants to put the other half of the story up but...well she might not. It's a good story. trust me.
 
She might want to start using quotation marks to separate dialogue from narration.

my only gripes are the use of FF7 characters since its seems a little lazy and the fact she has the same style of killing as dante (2 guns and a sword) but im giving it leeway.
its still pretty good.

As a whole, i give a 8 out 10.

i dont know how but tell her now that ive thought about it , i dont mind the gripes i said anymore.
 
Also ask her if raven was raised in scotland because she seemed to have a scottish accent in the earlier chapters.
 
i think you should move this thread to the fan fic section. there might be more people willing to read it than here.
 
Yeah, I think the same as Z218 here. She needs to use quotes to space out dialogue, and the use of FF7 characters seemed just a tad on the overused side. (I mean seriously, how many FF7 fanfics are out there?) But other than that it's a solid piece of literature. A definite 9/10, those minor gripes making it just a tad off from a perfect 10.
 
Honestly, I wouldn't mind 'Dante's' appearance if it weren't for the fact that he looks literally nothing like the Dante we all know.

I'll read the story later, just throwing this out there.
 
I have asked Shadow Lee Moore if Raven was raised in Scotland and she told me that she wasn't. However...her mother was raised in Scotland, and moved to Limbo City after she met, and fell in love with Raven's father. Raven does speak sometimes in a scottish accent because her mother would also speak the same way before...her death. By the way Shadow lee Moore has asked me to let people know that she's going to up load the 2nd part of the story tomorrow.
 
Shadow Lee Moore has asked me to tell everyone that she has put up the second part of the story of Devil May Cry The Next Generation. However...she has also asked me to advise caution because there is some sexual themes in the second part of the story.

Hey guys I got some news from Shadow Lee Moore. She told me to tell you guys that she's writting a sequel to Devil May Cry: The Next Generation. It's called Devil May Cry: [Prototype]. It takes place after the events of DMC: The Next Generation. However this one is going to take her a while to write. But she's working on it.
 
Hey guys Shadow Lee Moore has asked me to tell you guys that for right now she has put a hold on Devil May Cry: [Prototype]. The reson is she's having a very hard time writing it. However she has told me that she's working on another story called Angel Of Darkness. She told me that it's still in the DMC but different charators but same place in Limbo City. Shadow Lee Moore didn't abandon the sequel but has put it on hold for right now until new ideas come to her.
 
Hey guys. Shadow Lee Moore has just told me that she's now working on two different projects. The first being is the story Angel Of Darkness, and the second is she's going to do a comic version of Devil May Cry: The Next Generation that she's going to put it on youtube. She's a bit nervous about it because of how she draws but her brother told her her drawings are good so she's going to try out a trailer first to see how people will respond to it. Also she has writer's block for the story of Angel Of Darkness but hopefully she'll continute the story.
