DmC wall climb glitch.

I believe this glitch was exploited by 8bithero and his buddy or maybe some other guy. He posted this video in the demo impressions thread but hardly anyone goes there ._.

Dang, hopefully they don't patch this since it's a single player game. :/
As a curious person I love seeing how levels look behind the scenes. I'm so going to do this when I get home!
 
It's best to have on finger on Shoot and one on Jump, and alternate between them while holding in Angel Mode. Doing it by rolling your thumb is just...ugh...it starts to get tired by the time you reach the top windows of the building >.<
 
Yeah I was looking around with this. I'll probably end up make a glitch thread at some point or everything I've found(or for other users to add to). Just for fun so we can post anything weird that happened or glitches to exploit...or maybe someone else. Eh. Fun glitch though.
 
Is there any way to prevent Dante from jumping off the wall to the opposite direction?
I'm just tapping Square and X and it works... but he usually kicks off the wall half way up a building.
 
The demo was an early version of the game so glitches are inevitable. I think it's really stupid how people are using this as another way to bitch about the game. They are really scrapping for anything to complain about with the reboot aren't they? I ran into glitch that made me fall through the floor in DMC 3. Don't know how it happened but I just remember attacking a statue for the hell of it and I spun directly into the floor. Had to reset but it was funny.

Who's complaining about this glitch?
I haven't seen anyone complain about it.

Try putting your pinky on the Angel mode trigger (LT/L2) and with your index finger press the shoot button (X/square) and take your other hand and press jump and the jump will cancel out the whip as long as you keep pressing them alternatively.
