So, what do you think the chances are of there being new footage?

I don't think that there will be something new. The demo will feature the same 2 or 3 missions. Nothing is change. Some news about the story or else. And that is PAX for you. I hope I'm wrong, though.

I just want a new story trailer, item management and interface details, new enemy type, new mechanic features as well as more graphical polish.

I recall them saying something about a new boss fight but is there a difference between PAX & PAX Prime or they're the same thing?

I just want to see either the first mission ( including the Hunter Demon boss) or the Virility factory including the Poison fight.

Maybe a trailer about Mundus. That's about it.

So, is just a new boss fight or will we also getting a mission gameplay?
I believe we will be getting another live stream of the Overturn mission, but I'm not completely sure if more will be shown on it. The reason I say there will be more Bob Barbas gameplay is because there was an event created for it on facebook, so let's hope there's a good bit of new gameplay.

I hope there would be a new trailer. I would bet on there being one at the Toyko Game Show at least since it's been 2 years since that debut trailer was revealed there. Wouldn't it be ironic (but in a cool way) if the trailer featured elements from that debut trailer, but all up to date and polished with how the game looks now with say the part on Dante chained up being integrated for example? God I hope that's still in the game.

And likely that Bob Barba level could pop up.

Well I know for a fact there will be tons of new stuff at TGS, I mean Japanese gamers are harder to impress from what I've heard. So expect a good amount of stuff there. :)

Personally like alittleacorn, I would like to see a trailer where it connects to the very first trailer in some way or form. I just think it would be really cool to see that atmosphere and diversity again.

New trailer ? Sure. Similar to the original unlikely. Tameem Antoniades answered some questions on his tweeter account, like Dante smoking was removed, car throwing also removed and I think that the story in the trailer will not featurre the final product. Tameem stated that lots of things has change since the first trailer and it was only an announcement trailer.

I don't know about the other games but I see when it comes to DmC at the events it goes like this.
They'll show a trailer that will feature a new area but at the event they'll show an area revealed in the previous event and trailer.

Like at the E3 2011 they showed off city and a hint to the Poison boss fight....then at Captivate they showed off a trailer showing the Pier and the Hunter Demon as a likely boss but only showed gameplay of the city....then at E3 showed a trailer showing the Night Club stage but showed off the city again and the Poison boss battle...Comic-Con they showed off no new trailer but showed off the Night Club stage...if Comic-Con had a trailer it would've showed off Overturn and a hint to the Bob Barbas boss fight...pre-Gamescon trailer from Famitsu showed off the Virility Factory(though it was shown at a Captivate 2011 trailer and this hints to the fact Capcom/NT might not show off the Virility Factory and the Poison boss fight again then Gamescon had a trailer that showed some other stage and a hint towards another boss but showed Overturn a never revealed stage and the Bob Barbas boss fight.....

IMO I think Capcom and NT going about what and how they reveal something wrongly.

I don't know if they would reveal anything else tbh, I mean, if they revealed anymore, you might as well show us the whole game while you're at it...

No a lot of information is different from all of the information....stop mixing the 2 concepts up.

I know they're different, but if they keep showing us some information, they might as well show us the whole thing, I mean, how many events have had DmC video releases?...
