DmC; The Real Bloody Palace

My 1st attempt at beating the remixed bloody palace from Steve.
Dante Must Die. No Timer. Insane Enemy Waves.
I make it to 37 out of 55. Its not impossible, but there is just no room for mistakes.
Check out 41:31 for one of the most satisfying rainstorms I've ever done in DmC.

Offtopic, but anybody having problems liking and faving and commenting on videos? Can't do either of the three on firefox lately >_<

Anyway, like I was trying to say on the video; It really ramped up around 60th floor or so with moar butchers and tyrants, which finally makes them feel *really* threatening and the decision of when to use the devil trigger more important. Also, no color coded enemies in sight. F*CK YURRR.

Was the angel/devil tiles level taken out too? I don't remember that level coming up during this video...

Did you have the Turbo on for this?

I think OppressedWriter always runs his playthrough's on Turbo. I can tell by how fast the roulette spin is executed and the charge time for his guns are much faster.

41:30 you gotta respect the gun play man. Charge shot up the a$$ and rain storm in the face

@OP
Wish you would of done some more "superman" Dante. Your Calibur gameplay is wicked, plus you had no time limit, so i thought you would of gotten a little more fancy. But the video really showcased how Baddass Steve is! I would love to get my hands on that BP!

Actually, this is without turbo, I think there is actually a speed boost that comes from using angel dodge.

I think the level you're talking about is around the 60th level in the actual set up of the game, so it might be impossible for me to reach it, as the current wave structure is 55 levels.

I'll try to incorporate more into my next run. I'm still getting a feel for the waves, and which ones I can be more creative in vs ones that are absolute hell and I need to devil trigger the hell out of them immediately.

Well, you spent a lot of the time in S or above, and they said that getting to the S rank tiers of Style gives you a speed boost. Maybe it was just that >.< I forgot about it until just now :p

You're right, I think that is what it is, that's why it feels buggy when I use turbo sometimes, it seems to get past the threshold of what the animations can handle.
