DmC PC Devil Trigger issue?

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a bug I think. I got to the devil trigger tutorial where you're expected to activate Devil Trigger mode by holding down C+Z keys. However, this is non responsive. I had to turn off tutorials to even get past this bit. Has anybody else encountered this problem? My devil trigger meter is full, but holding C+Z isn't doing anything, it just centers the camera.

Yes, it's a bug on PC, just load the checkpoint

As far as I know, you have to press C and Z at the same time to activate DT. Otherwise, they are just the camera controls.
Although I've seen a lot of issues like this, so it's probably a bug really. I miss DT being just the N button.

I bound my to solely right trigger, it's better.
