DmC No-Hit Videos

Hi guys,

I just wanted to promote some of my videos, I've done No-Hit videos of all bosses but the Hunter (too easy for me to care ^^) on DMD difficulty :) I'd love some opinions on them, my youtube channel is "mooncrosser" (can't post a link, newb restrictions).

Thanks,

Nice videos man keep it up. They have really helped me in Hell and Hell mode. I do have a question though. I've noticed you and other pretty decent players videos having been able to keep a charge on your guns while attacking with melee weapons then being able to release the guns. Was this because you kept the gun button held down? I can't seem to be able to do that without holding it. I might have to rebind some of my controller keys to do so, if not I'm definitely missing something.

Thanks. The secret about the guns is all in the controller set up. My guns button is the RT (that allows me to hold it down all the time). By default, I believe there's the daemon weapons button, that I've moved to LB. The other buttons are pretty standard, X for melee attacks, Y is empty (I'd love to place the devil trigger there, but the game does not allow it).

You have the same setup as me basically, except I use LT for the gun. You can rebind gun special and DT in the config.

Also I've done just over half the game on DMD no damage, was planning on putting up videos but it's so damn easy I don't see how it would be impressive.

Yeah, only Mission 20 was challenging to do with no hits, in a way (I wanted to parry as much as possible, after I found out you can counter all of the boss attacks but one).

Okay that was what I was thinking. I think i'm going to switch my guns to RB since I only use LB for both dodges and I'm too used to using the triggers for switching weapons. At least on the PC version you can switch the DT button but I like it how it is where I press both joysticks down together, it keeps me from using it too often.

The game is very easy to not get hit. You can pull enemies to you in the air or you to them and we get 3 forms of dodge, one of which gives you some good distance on the enemy. We also get 2 CC weapons which are also great for keeping yourself alive and out of danger. The best part and mechanic you can abuse is knowing where to face your camera and then it's just stupid easy sometimes. In reality if you give it a little effort you don't ever have to be hit though it does get frustrating at times later in the game
