dmc collecters edition

i just bought the collectors edition for this and it said that it includes exclusive dmc4 artbook but when i opened it it wasnt there so i went back and said to the staff biut they said it was not our fault could someone post some of the images of it plz

Is it allowed?
I got some and thensome but is that allowed?

Also, you provably didn't get the book because it was a preorder bonus. It's nothing special, the UK one was better.

i know there was an artbook in the Steelbook edition of the game. (And i know it was really expensive).
