Really??? It won an award at the Tokyo Game Show???

I thought fans and even people who knew about it we're too busy panicking and scratching their heads saying "WTF" to even vote for it.

Are you sure it wasn't the 2011 Tokyo Game Show?

It is not gonna happen.
Because ''games of the year'' games are always choosing from the last 3-4 months of the year.
DmC is a 01 game, so it will be forgetten till the end of the year.

Very nice stuff.

For a game that is hated by lots of people, it seems there is something good about it. Critics are liking it. :)

The 2010 trailer was good.
As a trailer, it is good.

It did what it was supposed to do very well. It started with the Capcom logo, indicating quality. It set a tone. It drew you in. It raised questions. It engaged you with it's energy and force. Then, it smacked you across the face and dashed off in a flash ending with the last thing you'll remember... Ninja Theory ltd.
(Pitchforks ready and torches lit, we march!)

For those who disliked it, It was like getting kicked in the groin just shy of the sack. It started as a sudden impact and the weird, painful flush did'nt set in until slightly after it was over... And it came hard. It was hilarious to me... until the realization hit... this game could very well suck.

Just a question for me and Tiran brought it up but, why did some people automatically label this game as it sucking? we saw no real gameplay at all and back when the trailer first came, people said the gameplay will suck. Hell some said gameplay would suck well before the 30FPS thing came up.

Yeah, but this time, it seems that they'll finally make a good game that will be liked by both critics and fans.

The main difference between this game and the other NT games....a lot of people(who aren't critics/reviwers) nay everyone who played the demo has nothing but good things to say as well.

I'm one of you. I love DMC games, ive played all of them.
DmC has a better gameplay than even DMC3.
Especially it is gonna rock ''first time'' DMC players.

i hope they follow up on some of the stuff in the 2010 trailer. the whole mental block/suggestions thing was really cool where the guy was like "WHAT IS YOUR NAME!!" i thought that it was really interesting and i personally hope they find a way to follow up on that some time.
