dmc 3:se pc edition windows 7 help

hello,

ive installed dmc3 se on my windows 7 64 bit pc with a legit bough dvd,and it installed all right and i patched the version to 1.3

but when i start the game it opens up and i get the ubisoft logo, and then the game freezes,

ive tried using other compatibility on xp vista everything and running it as administrator,

someone knows how to fix it? i want to play it

What are your system specs and have you updated your GFX Card drivers?
