So, do you think there will be a 10th Anniversary Devil May Cry collection that will include the first 3 games remastered on HD? If so, do you think it will be buyable in stores or Xboxlive/PSN? Do you think it will come with some extras, beside the games themselves?

Firstly, great compilation of facts/rumors and websites. Kudos to you sir, kudos.

I think they will be just a HD remake no extras unfortunately
and for a while I thought they would be PSN/XBL, but the achievement wh*** in me wants them to be their own hard copy (plus it's always nice to have a disc and case) some people complain it costs more, but I will pay anything for my DMC fix ;)

A digital copy would make more sense though, with the upcoming release of Code:Veronica and RE4 it seems weird they would go back and do a hard version, although this is a 10th anniversary thing and the fanart competition would then have relevance, so god knows.

I'm fairly positive they will announce it, but I'm not holding my breath. I just hope if it is announced it's on 360 too.

But you know what they say it's not over till the cashcow sings.

You got a point there, I hope they will release it on the X360 too, I don't own a PS3.
And yeah, I made the same topic on the original DMC general discussion so it will get more attention ^^

They are so frikin' awesome! I would love to own a copy of a 10th DMC Anniversary collection with one of those photos (especially the second one) printed on the cover O_O
 
dude great job on the resources, and i hope that if the DMC HD collection is real, then i really hope its an actual game disc, instead of a download. a disc has more value to me, because you can actually see the addition to someone's collection, and plus you may get extras with the disc version

I completely agree with you.
I hate the idea of going digital with everything, even with anniversary collections/HD remakes, that's stupid, the companies should give as a choice between downloading a digital copy of the game or an actual disc (of course the digital copy's price should be about 2$-3$ lower than the actual disc's price).
I would hate CAPCOM even more than I hate them now if they won't release the 10th DMC Anniversary HD remake disc in the same format as the GOW HD collection and the 5th DMC Anniversary collection, again, I REALLY hate digital copies.

agreed. i just dont like downloading games, either, unless they are indie games, or demos, but something as big as a DMC HD collection should be on a disc.

There was some great artwork submitted, but I still think this was the best ;)
