I don't think you can unlock ALL of them. Maybe just a few like super dante and shirtless dante.

For part of the first mission Dante is coatless with the default costume (like DMC3) so the first costume unlocked will probably be coatless Dante (like DMC3).
The other costumes will probably be obvious things like Vergil/Sparda costumes. DMC 1-4 costumes don't seem very likely but could happen.
The article doesn't say if they mean that some costumes will be unlockable and some will be DLC or if all of them are unlockable in game and the DLC just unlocks them early (both seem like something Capcom would do. The fist possibility seems more likely but the second would be preferable)
