Did Dante even know?

I recently saw the Dt mission again, and Dante has the white patch on the back of his head. I wondered, "did he even realize that it was white at all? Like NO ONE pointed it out to him that he was walking around with a white spot on the back of his head?

Just a funny thing though. Like someone tried to dye his hair completely white but he woke up before they could do the whole head.

Not sure.. maybe?>_< Or perhaps everyone laughed at him behind his back. The only way he'd find out himself is using 2 mirrors.

But that could also mean a horn or some sort of symbol in his head. Or maybe he was doing some demon sensing from Dante's head.

No, he did not noticed. He didn't noticed when his entire hair got white as well, at least not until the point we last saw him.

I just felt it strange Dante didn't even acknowledge it and no one bothered to tell him, or even Phinias elaborate on what he meant by his inner devil awakening. Plus this all started when I read this
