Devil May Cry Genesis

The night was suffering, it was filled with many dark creatures from the Demon World. The one leading them all was a powerful devil named Legion. Legion was known because he had the power of many devils and demons. Some say when he is near a human he can just control that human to do his dirty deeds. When the human was finished Legion would kill that poor human and takes his or her's soul.

In the castle city of Fortuna, a baby was born. But this baby was like no other. In a house in the poor district, a woman was holding the baby in her arms keeping him safe from the darkness of the war outside of the house. The baby's father was a great Devil Hunter and he was outside fighting in the battle.

The streets were filled with the screams of women and children running for their lives. It was also filled the agonizing pain of the men and soldiers fighting the battle was being killed by the devil's and demons.

The baby's mother cries fearing for the worst for her husband in the battle. The baby started to cry from the sounds of roaring of some of the demons that went by the house. Then all of a sudden the door was busted open and a dog-like demon walks in. A dark figure comes in and the mother knew who it was.

"Legion please not my little baby boy!", she begs as she holds her baby closer.
"Shut your mouth you filthy human!", he yells as he opens his arms and the baby flew out of her arms and flew into his arms.

The baby screams as he looks at the the red eyes of the figure. Then a bunch of other demonic figures appeared wearing black robes. They stood in a circle and started chanting in the Dark Language. As they chant a dark mist flows onto the baby and Legion smiles as he looks at the baby as the dark mist went into him.

Then out of the middle of nowhere a bright light formed and it shined making all of the demonic figures except Legion. Legion was outraged and sat the baby in the cradle and looks at him and then to the baby's mother. Then all of a sudden the house was on fire. The woman tries to get to her back but then Legion grabs her and tosses her into the fire.

She screams in pain as the baby screams and cries from the sight. Then the building started to to collapse.

20 years later....

A young man walks up and screams from his nightmares. He has been having nightmares ever since he could ever remember. He moved some of his brown hair away from his face as he sun shined it's warm light into his room as dawn approaches.

His room was as big as an apartment and it had a little library with books of Demons and Devils. And of course he has the Devmay on his desk near his two Kukuri knives. The Devmay and the Archangel Bible, It was black with the mark of The Order of the Holy Swords.

Then all of a sudden a woman walks into his room. Her hair was long and blonde. Her eyes was green like the grass outside.

"Kayos it's about time for your training.", she said as she adjusts her white pants.
"Can I just skip for today? Please Fehlei.", he asks as he pulls on his black leather jacket over his red shirt.

Kayos knew Fehlei for a long time, ever since he could remember. He knew he wasn't her son but he still treats her like she was. She was the Grandmistress of the Order. She shakes her head no as she smiles but she was wanting him to take a break but she knew that Kayos just had another nightmare.

He sighs as he grabs his two knives and he had and put them on the back of his jeans and smiles. He looks at her with one last attempt for the break. Fehlei smiles as she shakes her head. He smiles as he waves to her and starts running out towards the courtyard.

Fehlei sighs as she walks up to Kayos' Devmay and opens it. She scans through the pages until she gets to her book in the Devmay.


FEHLEI CHAPTER 2

And in the time of the Harvest Moon the creatures from the Nine Gates of Hell rised to find what they are looking for, a baby. A baby like no other, with powers of darkness but has the Light in his heart. The Many Devil will have him marked as his equal. And he will not know that he will have given the baby part of his powers.

While Kayos was working on his training a snake-like Demon slithers his way into Fortuna. He was very big, bigger than average demons he was a Naga. Nagas are snake-like demons that came from the Demon World to rule over the Asian Territory.

This demon was different, he was a human-demon Hybrid. His name is Kian, Kian had a rough past. He e never knew his father, and his human mother was killed when he was only five by people who wanted the half-breed Kian dead. After that, he wandered around a lot, trying to find a place he'd fit in, and he finally found Fortuna.

Fortuna accepted hybrids after Kayos defeated The YamiLord. And the Order made it law that hybrids are to go to Fortuna for sanctuary.

Kian was filled with snake-like scales and his upper body showed a humanoid body with a King Cobra head who was tanned like a human. As he slithered by a gated building he saw a brown haired human doing what seemed to be combat training by himself. He smiles as he opens the gate and watches the human.

He was impressed on how the human was able to pull out his weapons with great speed. It seemed like the human knew what he was doing. He was amazed on how he was able to do a perfect backflip as he pulls out what seemed to be some kind of knives. He smiles as he watches the human as if he was watching an epic battle with many Devils and demons.

Then the boy seemed to sense his presence as he stops doing what he was doing and walks up to him and puts his knives behind his back and there was a loud click.

"Hey there.", he said offering his hand. "I'm Kayos a member of the Order."
"Kian.", he said surprised on the human's offering of his hand. He returned the offer as he gives him his snake-like hand.

The human named Kayos was wearing a black leather coat unbuttoned showing his red t-shirt. His jeans was black and had chains at the waistband. On his jeans he had two gun hostels showing his two customized 45 Colts. Then he started to feel embarrased about not wearing any clothing.

Kayos smiles as he looks at Kian and he had a feeling that he could trust this Naga Demon.

"Don't worry the Archangels are out.", he said laughing knowing what Kian was feeling.

He jumped onto a water fountain in the courtyard. He felt more tired than usual and Kayos was the one that never tire that easily. Kayos' heart started beating faster as he looks at Kian. He needed a good practice with a demon. Then a "light blub" moment strikes him

"Hey do you mind if you would help me train?", he asks as he gets up as he pulls out his Kukris out.
"I don't mind at all." Kian said. "I have no weapons, though.", he adds showing Kayos that he didn't in fact have any weapons
"Now you do.", he said smiling as he turns around wating for Kain to make his first move.

He listens carefully as he turns around and closes his eyes. He breathes slowly as he listens to the area around him. The autum wind was warmer than usual as it hits his face. It reminded him of his battle with Nero's Devil side "Yamamoto".

Nero had lost control of Yamamoto about a year ago, and he started to attack innocent people in the city. Fehlei and the Order was out on another mission and he was the only person that was able to fight against him. The battle was intense, his heart was pounding. He felt fear and pain all over his body right when he was about to be killed, Kayos found a stone and he threw it up at Yamamoto and then there was a flash of red light and he was gone. That's when he discovered that curtain crystals binds a Devil.

Kian backs slowly and smiles looking at the human.

"Your move." He said, keeping his breathing steady.
Damn he wants me to go first. He thought to himself as he turns around and smiles going to grant Kian's will. He runs up and starts slashing at him.

Kian blocked the first slash, then jumped above the second. As he hit the ground, his legs melted away and his tail thickened and elongated. He slithered under a third slash and snaked his way behind Kayos, letting his legs morph back as he slashed at Kayos' back.

Kayos moved out of the way just in time before he could get slashed at his back by doing a flip. When he landed on his hand he smiles as he finally had a good challenge for a really long time. But he remembers that last night very well it was hard but not as hard as this.

The night before was rough for Kayos, Fehlei made him go for a patrol like always. But It was on the Eve of the Harvest Moon Festival. The streets were filled with many carnival activities. Tents with many goodies in them.

While watching the Festival people working on the celebration, Kayos smiles as he listens to the music. He didn't notice the demons in the streets that possessed poor humans. The people surrounded him and he then realized that it was down to business.

One of them was about to grab him when he jumped up and pulled out his kukris and starts slashing at them. But they moved away from him with great speeds. Then they run up to him and starts attacking him. He backs to a wall when a man about his late sixties pins him up and was about to punch him. He moved his head away just barely in time as the man puches th brick wall and he slashed at him and cuts him and the man falls down to the ground dead.

The others were about to attack when Fehlei and a few of the Order came and fought them off.

He pushes himself away from the ground and he flew up to the air and sat his knife away in it's sheath and grabs both of his guns from it's hostels. He cocked the guns and starts shooting paint balls at him as he spins towards him. Kian blocked his face with his arms, and the paint balls exploded on his arms. Since a snake's skin was it's scales, there was no discoloration, but there were bruises.

He continues firing when Fhalei came to the courtyard and saw the battle. She smiles as she sees how perfectly Kayos was spinning while he fires his weapon. But then she saw something that she never saw from him before. She saw that his eyes where not blue as usual they were golden like Legion's eyes. He groans as he lands on top of Kain as he stops firing his gun and puts it away with great speed. He kicks him in the chest with great strength
