Well... You can get it on the internet,but if you want to buy it and get it downloaded right away,steam is for you.

Anyways for the free DMC thing... I think the thread maker should start saving his pennies and keeping them in his socks. Or either that you can keep searching for a site on the internet that offers it as a prize or you can get one by doing surveys,not easy to find though.
