I think D's ability to negate healing and shift reality will give him the edge, unless Dante can find a way to end him fast enough.

Novel D= Dante getting raped HARD.

Big fan of both of them, and whoever has actually read the novels will know just how overpowered D is.

But if its anime series D then Dante Definitely.
