I don't know about Inuyasha's Tessaiga (although that blade is pretty beast with its "Meido Zangetsuha"), but the Bakusaiga and the So'unga's "Dragon Twister" could individually take care of Dante, I think (if not give him a run for his money).

Inuyasha would win, as a huge fan of both its glaringly obvious.
Inuyasha by the end of the series is to OP for Dante with 1 hit moves like the Meido Zangetsuha which can get rid of Dante in 1 hit and covers a big area once fully formed and lets not forget the Backlash wave which can take any Devil Arm's power and throw it back at Dante with a even more powerful force.
Dante would have to try to finish Inuyasha off pretty quick before he releases such moves otherwise he is toast, the only hope he has is quicksilver and trying to lop off Inuyasha's head but given his flamboyant character such a thing doesn't seem likely since he likes to toy around first something Inuyasha does not do.
And don't even get me started on Sesshomaru's Bakusaiga which would demolish Dante given his healing factor.
As much as a love DMC and Dante the powers Inuyasha and Sesshomaru gets towards the end of the series are just to hax for him.
Now if we are talking about Inuyasha with just the windscar or Sesshomaru with Tōkijin than Dante has a good chance at pulling off a victory.
