Putting it on the wife beater on the SOS costume is fine. You don't have to literally make a tee.

I'm afraid that this is the case, yeah. Much like Games For Windows game saves, Steam saves are (in almost 100% of cases), directly linked and tied to the Steam profile they are associated with.

You'll have to start again with a fresh save, Drac0.
