There is no connection between Dante and angels in DMC. His abilities are entirely demonic and his personality is primarily human. Humans kill demons when they are capable of it and demons kill other demons whenever it is beneficial to do so. Dante's motivations for killing demons are an entirely human desire for revenge and a probably demonic enjoyment of destroying his enemies. Nothing about the original Dante is the slightest bit angelic.

Thats why i want to try it. to get people really excited for the old series you have to being daring and its something that could lead to alot of new possibilities.
