Costumes in DmC:Devil may Cry

Considering DmC isn't a multiplayer game there's really no reason to have multiple costumes.

None of you should be buying those costumes anyway. There wouldn't be stupid DLC like costumes if people didn't buy them.

Business, people.

Costumes are one of the best kinds of DLC, actually. It's not game-changing, it's not pay to win, it's merely cosmetic, you don't miss on any game content by not paying money for it. If people want more costumes, why not? It's not like they're stopping anyone from just using modded costumes.

Well I think that's up to everyone else, if your happy with the standard costumes, sure no need to buy any, but I myself didn't mind buying the last costume pack, if it was only to be able to play dmc3 Dante, but it didn't cost a arm and a leg to get it, and the Game industry at the end of the day is a business and yes they try and make money, not too mention a lot of other things you can buy extras for to make it more appealing to the consumer which are viewed as not needed.

I would personally enjoy a few costumes that are rather out there. Such as a Ninja'Dante or El'Dante or a Pirate Dante. Anything to make me smile and make my day a little better, I always enjoy seeing characters in stupidly hilarious outfits.

If anyone has the PC DmC I do believe this site has a mod site as well that has all kinds of costume's for Dante.

But yea I agree, funny costumes can always make the game more interesting :)

Yeah, funny costumes would be great! I'd like to play the game with an hilarious tone to it, just for fun... I mean, why so serious??:D

It would be fun to see an El Dante in a DLC. Seriously! I forget which thread it's on but there was a group of people who dubbed the entire game (at least the cut scenes) in Spanish! I thought it was hilarious and awesome. I kinda wish other groups would do that in other languages. Maybe Japanese just for the fun of it.

I want somenthing completely absurd for Vergil's Downfall. Like him in swimming trunks. Just for the thrill of having to play without starting laughing every second.

On a more serious note, I would have really liked to have a Sparda costume... but with Sparda looking like he is in Dante's flashbacks, in casual clothes (and balding, as someone suggested:P )....

Come on, bro. At least let me have "The Order" mask. :(

*AHEM*

0:33 for swimming trunks

(He looks kinda like Vergil, and uses a katana)

I want them to turn Rebellion into a giant Popsicle! Y'know the ones that have a red layer, white layer and then a blue layer. Kat's spray can has turned into a strawberry sundae and her roll that she carries is now either a towel or a yoga mat. As for Yamato... make it into a kabob!

Ohhh how about a Candy Land DLC!?~~

Yeah, but only if they act like the drivers of Sugar Rush in Wreck It Ralph... (Kat is obviously the glitch...)
