Can't use Vergil in bloody palace

I don't know that much about programming, But why can't they just have Vergil's Downfall gameplay for Bloody Palace?

Vergil can also platform without the Angel/Demon pull.

That was DMC4's problem...

None the less, this is dissapoint. -__-, Capcom needs to fix this.

I think Vergil will be available on Bloody palace, but when you have bought the vergil dlc. If he says that vergil will be on bloody palace, and he is not, and if you have to buy the dlc to unlock him, it's a misleading publicity.
