by you hand you can not break our clasp, help please

I'm playing this on the pc and
can not figure out how to hit the red things that then say by your hand you can not break our clasp etc
am I missing somthing here, I'm on the forest level
any help please

No doubt you're playing as Nero correct?

Well, if so, it's because to break the red ones, you have to be playing as Dante, you'll play him from Mission 12 to 19, and you'll basically backtrack through the levels, allowing you to destroy the red ones.
