Blades and Assaults

Are they the same thing and why do they look so similar any facts would be nice too

Blades' shield is metal, while Assaults have theirs made of alabaster, plus those frills for decoration. Otherwise, there is really no difference and my best bet is that Assaults are just another batch of demons Mundus created and then they escaped through the gate.

 

[Demi-fiend]

Just another higher-class demon that serves as an obstacle, really.

 

[Absent Nova]

They are pretty much the same thing except Blades are sometimes giant size.
