Don't Let the Fall of America be Your Fall
I'm sure millions have seen this picture of Dante with angel groupies;

Honestly, when I see it now a days, I can't help but think two things;
1.) This song comes to mind;
WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE




2.) This also comes to mind;

What was your thoughts after seeing it?
 
I freaking love it! I want to make it a poster, put it in a frame and hang it on my wall.
It's chastity and sex colliding, it's angelic women in the nude at a club and worshipping Dante, it's seductive and beautiful. This is exactly a situation I could imagine the original Dante to be in as well, killing demons and getting it on with angels. The one word that describes this artwork the best is this:

Awesome.
 
I feel personally that whoever made that pic of Dante, has some serious problems, that's my opinion, don't hold it against me...:mad:

Nice detail, but could still have a bit more work, less sexuality...
 
I remember seeing this for the first time in another thread around here.
Okay. It's a beautiful picture, but it looks somewhat sexual. Plus the Angel on the right side where Dante points his fingers at, her rear end looks like maracas.

Btw, why are some of you guys so angry about this? This stuff has always suited Dante's character.

Ahem, by the way since the first poster of this topic put some songs on here, I guess i'll share a song that reminds me of Nante.


I wanted to post it a long time ago, but I didn't want to make a whole topic of it, I guess I found the oportunity here.
 
I keep thinking of that Depeche Mode song whenever I see this pic.


I think it's an amazing piece of work that oozes style and personality.

Story of DmC's developements => everyone is angry at everyone for no reason all the time.
 
I can imagine the original dante to be like that.It's an awesome art that it needs to be a box-art for the game(Even though they alreacy picked one)

Edit: Yeah,saying in the end "My name is dante" just to make him look cool and his existence to be acceptable.

Old Dante:
- cheesy lines all over the place ("Jackpot", "Let's rock, baby", you get the drift)
- absolute inability to form a coherent train of thoughts without ridiculing himself or someone in his immediate surroundings (rocket-surf, admiring his own reflection in his sword, trashtalking to gigantic demons, annoying pricky attitude ("Nu-oh, I'm not crying, that's just rain *sob*")
- melodrama, melodrama everywhere

New Dante:
- angel chicks
- "my name is Dante"


What a tryhard.

Wohooo those are awesome and being dante my favorite character,i also have the same views like that so i take that as positive views even though dante is kinda annoying, he is still one hell of a bad ass :D

Fix that for you kiddo.Anyway,angel chicks are amazing! but he doesn't need to say "my name is dante" just for his existence in the DMC universe.Just look at nero he got accepted by like 48% of fans.What a poser.Although he is quite a cool poser and is quite acceptable(His updated look,that is supposed to be look like you too)

Yeah what a try hard indeed and a poser too but don't worry neoDante and the new DmC will be acceptable to the many many fans in the near future(i hope so or devil may cry is gone for good)

My bad.Maybe i just don't feel the same way when americans and europeans compare my race to chimpanzees because 80% of it is true.
Anyway i edited it.
