Well...I believe Kamiya-san.Now hurry and convience the other members of Platinum to renew your contract with SEGA and get on with Bayonetta 2 on the main consoles while SEGA handles a Bayonetta PSP game.[Joke also made by the fans in light of the Valkyria and Phantasy Star series].

I doubt Platinum Games is gonna make the sequel. They would've announced that if they were to do the sequel. But then again, its too soon for a Bayo 2 announcement so anything can happen.

I just hope Jeanne is the main star. I can't stand Bayonetta.

They haven't said that they made another contract with Sega. Vanquish is there last game with Sega since they're 4 game contract ended, you would think this would be a good opportunity to announce that they have another contract with Sega. They haven't, so its safe to assume for the time being that Bayo 2 is not in development yet or is but maybe with a different developer. Bayo is Sega's property not Platinum's.
