Alright, although this isn't my idea I found this idea to be very interesting.

Could perhaps each member of the Order represent a side of Vergil?

With Sanctus representing Vergil's power hungry side, Credo representing Vergil's swordsman skills, Agnus representing Vergil's bookish side, and Nero representing Vergil's desire to protect his loved ones

I personally think It's a hint that Vergil's gonna be in DMC5, nothing else.

Nope....

They are just characteristics showing Vergil's personality, split in the personalities of the main figures of Fortuna - signs - which make sense.

Vergil's gonna make It in Devil May Cry 5, and as the signs say, Sparda tambien.
