After- Effects of Limbo?

I find something odd. It is said that whatever happens in Limbo happens in the real world. However, how does that work. For example, if you destroy something in Limbo, do you destroy it in the real world? And what about the city itself? Take the church for example. Malice stretches the church to its limits then makes the seats float in midair. Do these things just not happen in the real world?

Malice lives only on Limbo, Dante's actions affects both worlds because he exists in both worlds.

It's like, whatever happens in Malice controlled Limbo, there is a smaller 'echo' of that action in the world humans are in.
Limbo and the human side exist in the same space and time, but can never meet fully. The most Malice can do is bleed out a little.

Dante's actions affects both worlds because he exists in both worlds.
Maybe little bits of Malice can stick to Dante and travel between dimensions with him?

there are sort of shock waves that eminate from limbo and affect the real world. think of limbo as a photo of the real world. then its distorted and twisted as you move through it. the more twists ans distortion the more shockwaves hit the real world. leaving damage in areas where there is most distortion ie a boss etc

Yeah I've kinda wondered how the after effects of Limbo work for myself.
For example what happens at the Virility Factory when Dante kills the Succubus? Does the factory just randomly shut down and stops producing Virility?

I believe Kat says something about this in the OK ROCK video. That there are places in limbo that are closer to the real world.

Rifts.

This explains why they need to get to certain areas to enter or escape limbo, but it can also explain why somethings indirectly affect the real world.

That makes sense but its just odd when you consider things like at the end of the Under Watch scene where the top of the Church falls to the ground behind Kat. How is that explainable when Dante never even touched the ceiling?

They'll find something new and call it Sprite :P

So how much distortion is needed in order to affect the real world? I mean, to be fair, Under Watch had a crap load of distortions in it.

the stronger the demon, the more powerful the effect its malice has on the real world, for example, the hunter demon completely destroyed the carnival in the first level
