So I got my first save corruption "warning/screen" 2 days ago, I wasn't ready to give up and overwrite my 120 hours so I tried something basic, I backed out to the "press start" screen, alt+f4, and restarted the game, loaded up again, loaded up my saves, and I could load my saves normally, I may be lucky tough this worked 2 more times and now I make more backups, if you get the screen again, try it out before you bid farewell to your progress and tell me if it worked, hope this helps.
