Hey all, this is an extension of my theory for Dante's powers that encompasses all my scientific notes on Limbo. I'm amazed that the game seems to have things that resemble a physics in it which is cool because Ninja Theory intended it to be a more comprehensible world and this is a good sign that they did a good job in doing so.
I'll start off with the theory that Limbo has a lighter gravity than our's. The best case that I bring out is the Tyrant drone.
With his legs being so hoof- like and skinny compared to the rest of his body, he wouldn't be able to walk efficiently under our gravity. More than likely, his legs would be crushed under his weight and taking a step would put a good amount of strain on them. However, as shown in this picture:
It's able to walk, run, and even jump. So it is safe to assume that Limbo has a lighter gravity, so that our tubby little foe can move efficiently enough to pose a threat.
Another good case are the Pathos.
Who, with their crossbows and shield, would be too heavy for their wings to carry them for prolonged periods of flight. However, that wouldn't be an issue in lighter gravity.
That'll be all for right now but I'll continue with my other notes on a later post.
