A Greyhound Tale Part Two

This fan fiction is going to be set straight after where I left the first one. So it follows on from the events of part one.

Chapter 1: Missing

My heart felt that tingle once more. What exactly was going on here? What was my father doing? My brother was still asleep... I needed to get out of this room, but I wasn't strong enough to break free from the straps holding me down to the table.

I felt dizzy and tired, and I was falling back asleep. Before my eyes shut, I caught a glimpse of a shadowy figure approaching me.

Then, we woke.

2 weeks later

I was sitting inside April's apartment, drinking coffee and talking with my brother.

"If he thinks this is over, then he can think again" I said.

"Those agency bases are locked down tight, we'll never get him alone"...

"He told me he would reveal all. Just goes to show what a lying son of a b1tch he really is" I replied.

"He may be a liar, but he is our father" April said, as she entered into the room.

"You were listening?" I asked.

"Yes, when I went upstairs, I watched" April replied, pointing to a nearby camera.

"Do you really need that?" I asked foolishly.

"For my line of work, yes. I like to be aware of what is around me. It's a tough World out there" she replied, as she sat herself down next to our brother.

"Cobra, you've been quiet around me lately. Something you're not telling your sister?" she asked our brother.

Cobra looked confused.

"Of course not April. I'm just confused about things" Cobra lied.

"I think you want answers. I think you are worried about what you've been injected with. And you are angered that I wasn't injected too" April stated.

"I'm not angered sis. But I would like to know what is running through my bloodstream as we sit speaking now" Cobra clarified.

I got up.

"Where are you going?" April asked.

"To the bathroom" I lied.

Chapter Two: Assassin's Blades

I re-entered the room, and was all geared up.

"Whoa!!! Going somewhere brother?" Cobra asked me, when he saw the amount of weapons I was holding.

"Yeah. And you two are coming with me. I can't do this alone" I replied.

My sister and brother also got geared up, in almost no time at all.

"It didn't take you two long to get ready. Would I be right in thinking you both wanted to do this for a while?" I asked them, but they ignored me.

We busted out of the apartment, and I got onto my nicely parked bike.

"Bro, you can either go with me, or sis" I informed him, and he chose to go with April.

Cobra got into April's Ford GT. They both slammed the doors shut, and I took off. They followed close behind me.

I was tired, but we had to move at night. I conveniently parked my bike a significant distance from the Base. Our car and bike lights were off, and we were all dressed entirely in black. I moved to the left, and slumped up against a wall.

My brother and sister got out of the car, and joined my position.

"Brother, look" Cobra said, putting his finger out. Two guards were positioned on nearby rooftops with sniper rifles ready.

An entire security system had been set up around the perimeter. Getting past without it going off was nearly impossible.

"If we move through, we will be detected" April stated. Unfortunately, she was right.

"Unless we can miraculously jump from the rooftops, onto the Base... There is nothing we can do" Cobra said.

I had an idea all of a sudden.

"That is an excellent idea" I replied, and I edged forward.

I started to scale the wall, and once on top I took out the guard. I rendered the other guard unconscious on the building across from me, uses a tranquilliser dart.
