A DmC Video I Made

I've been having tonnes of fun playing DmC and learning new things from other players. I'm still not great at jump cancelling (or cancelling in general), but I've done my best to create some cool and stylish bits in this video here.

Nice. It's just too bad that the DMC3 costume doesn't quite line up with Dante...

Actually, I don't think it looked good on him even in DMC3. :/

I jus have one complaint though. Why is jump cancel so dumbed down and not affecting my style meter one bit. I can cancel osiris aerial move a lot and stay in air but that does not increase my style ranking. Wonder wat i am doing wrong.
I have been JCing since DMC 3 and in 4. but in this game, it jus does not add up to style ranking.

Osiris and Aquila do relatively weak damage, so most of your style needs to be obtained from multiple hits on crowds. Osiris's damage is pathetic without Feed compared to Aquila.

The weak damage along with the scaling down as you use the same move in your JC is probably the reason why your meter isn't affected.

Yup, it works with a level one charge. It's faster and better to use Osiris's Raze rather than Eryx's Uppercut, contrary to what the game tells you.

Yeah, thanks for that. I mostly use Raze anyway since it's my favorite move in Osiris.

Now that I know I can juggle Tryants with Raze, I will be UNSTOPPABLE.
Does it also work on Butchers?

It works on Butchers but the condition is weird. Sometimes I find that I can use a Level 1 Charged Raze and at other times it doesn't work and I need a Level 2 Charged Raze. I'll need to look into that when I'm not lazy lol.
