You need to download "texmod" [link above]
Once you start up texmod click on package mode, click the folder on the top left then browse to this path
E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DmC Devil May Cry\Binaries\Win32/DMC-DevilMayCry.exe
(or where your DMC-DevilMayCry.exe is)
After that click the smaller folder in the middle (still in package mode)
Then go to where ever you've saved your mods
Click Run and that should be you! =]
