^Well you could try harder (do some exercises for better speed), I did that well because I followed these exercises.

This is all we got now.
12.1 I think. I'm not too sure, but it was somewhere around twelve seconds. And that was when I was out of shape, so...I'd probably do .3-.5 seconds better now.
