  • That's why I think Indonesia is being unreasonably paranoid. XD Their refusal to sell sand means that construction works are costlier, but not too difficult, since we can import from other countries.

And yep, we have the same hours of day and night all year round. The only semblance of seasons are the rainy season from November to January, and the heatwave season from February to October. Not that I'm complaining, it beats being rain-ridden. At least we have clear weathers often enough. XD

What time does the sun go down in summer? Coz I heard one of my friends from overseas say that the sun goes down at 9pm (!) in summer.
Yep, we fill up bodies of water off the West and East coasts with sand. We used to do South, too, but Indonesia got fed up of our expansion (because they thought we were going to invade their seas) and they stopped selling sand to us.

And yeah, relations with Malaysia could be considered good. At least they're still supplying water to us. (both countries signed two water agreements, one expires in 2011, the other in 2061).

Thanks, and nice to meet you too.

Well, my first day, I got off on the wrong side of the bed with darkslayer13. -.- He just doesn't get my perverted sense of humor, I suppose. And thanks. :)
It's alright. XD People always think I'm a guy on forums until I tell them the truth. (it is kinda interesting to see the initial response, though  )

    Singapore is:

    - either facing the worst heatwave in years, or my heat tolerance has gone down again, lol

    - constantly expanding in landmass because of reclamation efforts...

    - very close to Malaysian mainland. We're linked by two causeways, one in the North at Woodlands where I live, and one at Jurong Tuas in the West. Travel takes only 5 minutes if there aren't traffic jams.
    Thanks Romero.
I've got asthma... through coughing i got the Acid Reflux.
I'm trying to download stuff, not that it's happening very quickly. Then, i'm off to bed to try and get some sleep... not unless i'm sick first :D
