What The F is an "Agent of Batman"? Doesn't he already have an Inc? And isn't the whole point of Superman that he operates independently of Batman like literally anyone else?

But if it's as insane as the OP says it is, then perhaps it might be a good idea to portray Batman as something other than just the "Original Brooding Rich and Brilliant Vigilante".
