Doing great thanks saoirse turned 2 the 6th of december so sje is great fun and her curiousity is hilarious, cath is doing great and I am working almost non stop , we are buikding an extension onto the house an I am payong in cash I don't like owing debts so I took on more work to make the money for building

Holy, where's the time gone? Two already! I'm glad to hear she's a curious little girl--means she's smart. Also good to hear the missus is doing well, too. Good on you; I bet it feels much more satisfying doing it that way, instead of getting stuck in debt for years to come. Definitely a good call. Is it coming along well?

It is about half way through should be finished in the next few month's as the work is slow due to repeated storms and bad weather

And I forgot to say ya it feels brilliant I don't want or plan to have any long term debts hanging over us

Awesome--not the storms, mind you, but that it'll be done soon. ^^; Hopefully the weather starts behaving for you, as well.
