But near-death isn't actual death. It's like a milisecond glimpse. It's not like lying dead for a whole minute or hour.

there's an ancient ritual (i think tibetan) where you could electrocute yourself and have an out of body experience. but i'm not sure if i would be able to get back thats my fear
