compliance is a cool word?

it is the best sounding word among the results I was given for opposite of rebellion. The meaning of it will never really be cool, that status has always been reserved for rebels. I guess you could also take harmony or peace, it depends on context.

Harmony sounds cool. Obedience could be another. I'm assuming it's for a name of a weapon?

ah yes, harmony, peace and obedience is cool, how about order, is it still an opposite? lol, you got me LoD, people came up with this most of the time huh?

submission or dominance might fit better if its a weapons's name

order is opposite of chaos, but it could work since rebellion and chaos go hand in hand.

Welcome. What weapon are you thinking of and who are you intending it to be for?

for the fanfic, lol, haven't got an idea for whom and what kind, rebellion is a catchy name with a firm meaning that we could actually dig more to it, there should be an anti-rebellion to fictionize, since rebellion is demonic, the opposite could be angelic? but it needs to be treated well so it won't be cliched.. btw, did yamato has a meaning?

yamato was used as ancient name for Japan and it was semantically extended later to mean Japan or Japanese in general. Judgement is a good term to go with angelic theme, but overall you might be more lucky if you dive into Latin language.

wow, yamato actually means japanese, good thing then, rebellion's potential hasn't been touched.. and i'll google some latins for it, thx alot viper

Dante and Vergil have different personal goals and styles. So, Dante has Rebellion. Vergil has Yamato. And Yamato is used to control Hell Gates. To control something is also to manipulate it. So you have control and manipulation. Sorry, couldn't think of a better definition.
