I would say it's alright but to be honest you need to work on that. Because I'm sure there is a much nicer way to say that.

Well over here it's best to show that you don't mean any offence because being blunt can make it seem more offensive than you intended. But it's alright, I'll stop using Sira. I should also use a more ruthless character, enough of the niceties.
