I didn't notice through the whole previews and even after i got the game's prologue did i not notice but then at the end i did for some reason.

I never really felt that, maybe because after the end of Persona 4 happened it becomes a matter of nothing has managed to top it.

Maybe but i still think the saddest game of all time was either Persona 3 or Fragile Dreams

Persona 3's ending was sad, yeah, but the moment Nanako dies in 4 is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY worse. Sure she gets better if you make the right choices but before then i didn't know that and thought she was dead :'(

Well atleast you CAN save Nanako in 3 Shinjiro dies (unless your a girl and have a maxed social link then he just goes into a coma and you die) and Minato and Minako D'X
