and this fox engine seems to be good.Maybe it is actually on par or better than UE4 and Luminous engine.

Well a trailer at TGS would blow my mind, but I heard there's an embargo on what they showed at the MGS 25th anniversary show, so we might actually see gameplay sooner than you think.

Me too! I still haven't got LoS yet, but once I get the chance I'm definitely getting it, because I am also very excited for LoS2 gameplay. Let's hope to see some at TGS!
