Yeah, but it takes no reaction to being hit, and it only can get hurt if another person is controlling it. You only know it's dead when it disappears.

Nope. But regeneration is not in effect while Doppelganger's going on, despite the fact that you're in DT.

yeah but I am thinking after I beat DMD I could play again and use doppleganger with unlimited dt to protect dante for a quick easy win

Enemies don't go for the Doppelganger though, so you'd be hard-pressed to keep all of them away. Just as a warning.

Well i was thinking grab a friend have him be Dante who shoots and shots to slow them down and me as doppleganger kills them

yes But I generally play alone and stick with dante because I play vergils story more
