I'm loving it! Though, there haven't been any avatar battles yet, but the suspense... Some guy who's infected with AIDA actually took over GU in the real world, meaning that he's literally the overseer of the world even though he's bugged himself.

Wow, that does sound awesome.

Yeah, and there's this new type of dungeon called "Outer Dungeons" that are all data lookin' (lots of colored cubes, black abyss everywhere, data floating around) and have bugged monsters. One in particular, Bug Queen Alphas, are annoying because they CONFUSE YOU! *grumble grumble*

I hate confusion attacks, no matter what I play ><

Confusion, Charm, and Seal are the worst in this game.
Ronan
Ronan
I would imagine so.

Seal is bad because it totally disallows use of spells or skills. I hate it, but it's awesome to cast on enemies, especially mages.

You can use it as well? That's actually rather useful. I'd be spamming it though ._.;

It doesn't really help when enemies have counter armor. The way it works is that when an enemy (or you, if you're wearing it) will inflict a status effect or some elemental damage upon being hit. And the Bug Queen Alphas have one that inflicts random status effects, with Poison and Curse being the most common.

Ah, kinda like a Rainbow Egg then.
DreadnoughtDT
DreadnoughtDT
Yeah, kind of. But the counter armor only activates some of the time. Usually a 50/50 chance per hit.
Ronan

Well, that certainly keeps it interesting.

DreadnoughtDT
Not if you aren't the one with the armor on. >_<

Oh, true. x_x

But it's all cool, I made it through, though I had to use a couple items, and I'm very stingy with them.
