Why didn't this person doing anything with the pictures like sell them and make money from them?

Actually, the person made stories of them. Red Chapter, Green Chapter, and Blue Chapter. Though only Red was officially translated into English, Green and Blue have fan translations.

Although I'm not happy with a lot of changes that Rain went through, so I decided "What the hell?" and made her my own.

I dunno. I only read Red Chapter, though the translations of Green and Blue are... Ugh. Makes Rain so evil, too... For a protagonist, she disgusts me. Yet I liked her. So I "adopted" her.

I don't think so, it's just a web story. A really popular one, but I don't think the author's made any money from it. I could be wrong, though.

I forget if the author is a boy or girl but he/she should get this published and make money for themselves.

Yeah. I think they'd do good for themselves to do that. These ideas shouldn't go vastly unheard.

I feel bad for stealing, but then again, it's only the one character. The rest are mine. Not my pictures, but my characters.

To use a character made by someone as your avator or persona is ok as long as you don't make money off their idea and u don't promote it without the authors say.

Mm. Well, I created this character back when I was a HUGE Metroid fan. She's a 15 year old girl, orphaned, lives in an abandoned apartment building. The catch? She's got a Metroid QUEEN as a pet. And Queens... They're 6 meters tall, 11 meters long.
