Hi Fuji I don't get it either...but to the best of my knowledge, on the internet you can receive exp increasing your level, intelligence and all round greatness, or at least I think that's how it works, Storm currently has an internetz I_eveI_ of 255, which I don't get, cause the caps 100?

No, see, 255 is the limit. If I were to get any more, which I can't, it would loop back to 1.
