Yeah its been great thanks mate I got a friend into DMC today so its all good, just out of curiosity what time is it where you are? im assuming its day.

Got a friend into DMC? Aw, sweet! My bro and I were playing the first one and satirizing it. XP I was playing on hard, so the Plasmas appeared early on and my bro and I were sayin' stuff like "damn, our experiments made these stupid lightning things."

I'm trying to go through DMC 1 on hard at the moment! the plasmas are in the sewer right?

Yep, they appear in the sewers. And you have to fight a Death Scissors instead of a Shadow in the courtyard.

Yep I hated him, but I think Ive sorted a decent strat now, im just about to fight Griffon soon, any tips? I tend to rely too much on the grenade launcher against him.

Guns are nigh useless against him. Use them to build up DT and then DT. He HATES the move Inferno, so purchase that if you can.

Cheers mate, I do tend to neglect my DT though would you say the moves are worth it, or just save it or health regen? also would you say that there is a superior between Alaster and Ifrit, or is it a "depends on the situation" kinda jobby?

Ifrit is superior overall in attack power, but Alastor is faster and is the only weapon that gives you a speed boost in DT. Also, little known fact is that if you press L3 or R3 (can't remember which one) you'll switch between Ifrit and Alastor on the fly.

And the moves are totally worth it. Trust me, you need all the firepower you can get. Although if your health gets low, go Alastor DT and run away for a while.
