I do not count everyone on my friends list as close friends of mine, some of them have even lost the respect I used to hold for them. And I do count you as a friend. That's why I asked for your email. I see so many people get upset, and it hurts deeply, so I am leaving the forums. As for gathering contact information, I don't want to lose contact with those I hold close. You may be sad I left DMC.org, but I am not gone from your lives.
I know what you mean, but as I said, how my friends feel is a big part of me. I think of anyone, and I do mean anyone, I count as a friend far more important than me. I'd burn in hell, or drift off into oblivion, perfectly content, as long as I know they are happy themselves. But when I find somewhere that causes great unhappiness of friends, why would I stay?
As for who left, they may not have told anyone yet, or made a goodbye thread, but they left. Who some of them are, I cannot tell you, for I made a promise to a friend.
I can ignore people, yeah, but how my friends feel is a big part of how I feel. I am not happy if I know my friends are not, or cannot, be happy. When good friends of mine leave, it hurts because of the reasons are other people, and it causes me to hate, or feel unhappy every time I see their username. It's deeper than myself. Far deeper.
