It took me a lot to beat The End since I couldn't see him properly 'cause he was hiding almost out of my reach. Also I shot him before while he was on the wheelchair so I dunno why did I have to fight him, but anyway. I like MGS3 but I hate that fight so much. At least I get to see bunnies on every boss fight.

Headaches around the clock are no fun, especially when 3/4 of what you want to do revolves around doing things that worsen them.

And apparently, these aren't the "close your eyes for a bit and it'll go away" variety. Last night was a testament to that. Next time I'm taking the damn Advil before I go to bed--not at 3:30 in the morning when I'm blinded by pain. >.>

+ Need to push through these minor scene edits, so that when I come across the ones I feel need more of an overhaul, I'll have the time and solitude to do them. Still conflicted whether some of the scenes are awkward and need changing, or if they're not as bad as I think, and just need some minor touch-ups...

@Izzy Good luck with the interview. ^^

CT: I think I'll give myself a couple of days before diving into another book--because book hang-overs are a thing. And because maybe, just maybe, I can keep the headaches at bay if I'm not binge-reading. Not that reading alone was the cause, but I've a feeling it wasn't helping...not when I was devouring about 300 pages a day.

+Yay, worked out the details with my editor. ^^ Even if it's only for a handful of chapters, that's better than none at all. With any luck, I'll be able to apply what I learn to the rest of the doc, anyway. Things are coming together!

Another reason why I could never be vegan (and there are soooo many reasons why going vegan will never happen): lentils are gross.

Don't matter how I make them or what I put them with, they are full on disgusterating.

Pie it is then...

So I just finished watching "Ip Man 2" and I've gotta say, it's a definite improvement over the original.

To start with, going into this film I readied myself to ignore any historical incorrectness which was my mistake with the first film.

Despite being a sequel, this film has many parallels to the first film. A young challenger faces off against several Masters in a row in order to prove his strength, Imperialists cause trouble and a fight between a Chinese Master and a foreigner which ends in the death of the Master. Ip Man then challenges the foreigner to avenge his fallen comrade. Donnie Yen once again does a fantastic performance of Ip Man as Kung-Fu Jesus. Though interestingly this film portrays his endless kindness as also a fault as it leaves him poor, arrested and his dojo is taken from him. Hmm, if I had to say this film's greatest flaw, it's that like the first one in that all the antagonists are extremely one dimensional in their puppy kicking evilness. Unlike the first film though, the final fight against the Villain "The Twister" was a satisfying battle that had Ip Man on the ropes a few times before he managed to snatch victory and avenge his fallen comrade. Ip Man's speech at the end in particular, about how he wasn't fighting to prove superiority but instead so that people would start understanding one another was heartwarming, especially since many of the crowd who stood up and clapped contained Westerners who originally came to cheer on The Twister.

All in All, another great Martial Art flick. Here's hoping the final film in the trilogy doesn't let me down.

I'm thinking about getting Star Ocean 3 now that its on PS4. Any of you guys played it and if so do ya'll reccomend it?
No, but it's $21. I'm going to wait for a sale or something because after a certain point either I'm super hyped about the game or I wait for a price drop because I refuse to pay more than $20 for a digital copy.
